Sumit Manav’s journey began in the Himalayas, where he trained under masters who carried an unbroken line of classical yoga and Ayurvedic wisdom. Over 25 years, across 40 countries, he has brought this lineage to over 10,000 students — from mountain ashrams to the corporate boardrooms of Dubai’s most respected organisations.

At Lifestyle Yoga World, Sumit’s teaching is rooted in the same classical texts — the Charaka Samhita, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras — that have guided practitioners for millennia. The Ayurvedic prescription system is not a marketing concept. It is how yoga was always meant to be taught.
